Lose that belly fat with the best cardio exercises!

All types of people have wondered at some point in time which cardio exercise is best. Just to let you know, both low and high intensity exercises will help you to burn off belly fat. The question here is which one will help you lose more belly fat?At the time when scientists first realized that during intensive exercises, your body loses glycogen, which is a type of stored carbohydrates which are stored in your liver and muscles to give you energy. During low intensity exercises, your body and belly will lose a lot of fat.  You may be asking yourself if that's true. Well there are still alot of obese people around who continually do low intensity exercise. So what are we to think.

Well as you could have guessed the scientists were right during low intensity exercises like swimming or walking the body loses more body
fat. Keep in mind though that while doing a high intensity exercise, the body will lose way more calories. Even though some lost calories are from glycogen, there are still a whole lot of fat calories burned as well.Don't get too worried about glycogen, because when your store of it gets low, the carbohydrates that from the food you eat will convert to glycogen later. It will fill back up, but won't be converted to body fat when they aren't used

High intensity cardio exercise will hype up your metabolism even after you've finished your workout. This means that your body will still be burning body fat hours after you have finished your workout. This is practically non existent in low intensity cardio or aerobic exercises.  The all around effect is that your body will lose more and more calories during and after you've completed a high intensity cardio workout than it
will with a low intensity.

You can start incorporating high intensity into your cardio exercises.  Start alternating walking and running in 5 minute intervals. Do this for
about 15 minutes and you should really feel a difference in your whole body. Remember to start off slow if you're a beginner. Cardio is an amazing way to lose unwanted fat such as the belly and to boost your energy levels.

Exercises Just For You, Your Individual Needs

When choosing a type of exercise factor in yourself and what it is you like to do.  Also think of things you hate, maybe paying memberships or buying equipment, either way you should factor this in as well. Now make sure not to choose something you hate to do like swimming, if you don't like it there's no way that you will continually do it and especially not for a long period of time and that is what we want. There could be no type of exercise that you like so perhaps you should choose the thing you dislike the least.

One thing that almost anyone can do is walking and it's great for beginners.  With walking you can start a routine at anytime and for any level.  This exercise can even improve your social life as it is easy to walk and talk, it also makes the time just fly by.  If you haven't exercised in a long time, start out with about 10 minutes a day. Then add 5 minutes every other week.  This will help you to create stamina.  Another little tip I have for you is to walk a different direction each time you go out so not to become bored with your environment.

Remember no matter what exercise you do choose start at a low level and work your way up.  So many people start out to hard and injury themselves and no one wants that.  If you're not very knowledgeable about the different types of exercises and activities out there, then do some research. You never know what you could find and try to be open to new things. That just might be the ticket for you!
